The Highland Belles attended the Marching Auxiliaries Line Camp in Dallas June 11^th through the 13^th to improve dance skills, learn new routines, and compete against other drill teams.

As a result of their hard work and dedication, they brought home the following awards:

Home Routine

Blue Ribbon and Plaque for their “SOS” Routine.

Blue ribbons were awarded for superior performances and plaques for teams that exemplify great choreography, execution, and showmanship.

All Stars

Students earn All Star ribbons if they are attentive and enthusiastic throughout class and demonstrate mastery of skill. These students also receive the designation, “MA All-American”.  The 38 recipients of All Star ribbons:

Honor Roll

The Honor Roll Medal is awarded to the best of the All Star Ribbon recipients.  The 14 Honor Roll winners:

Spirit Stick

Awarded daily to teams with enthusiasm, spirit and good attitude, with good attitude as the main determining factor. The Belles received a spirit stick every time it was offered.

Performance Invitation

The 38 All Star recipients received an invitation to perform at the Capital One Bowl in Orlando, Florida, the fabulous Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City, and a special London, England performance tour.
